Tussock Moth Invasion

Perry Park is currently experiencing an encroaching invasion of the Tussock Moth attacking Douglas-Fir trees. The Tussock Moth is a defoliator that eats the needles on Douglas-Fir trees. It is a very devastating insect pest that can build to epidemic levels. Although the moth primarily attacks Douglas-Fir trees, the moth will eat Ponderosa Pine if population levels are high….Continue
