UPPER CHEYENNE ACCESS
In 2002 the Douglas County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution that restricted access to
the Upper Cheyenne Drive area west of Bannock Drive. The resolution provided that a gate be
constructed at the entrance to the area and required all motor vehicle traffic to have a permit. Gate
and permit responsiblities were delegated to the District.
